Professional and good communication, within 2 days I had my translated document in my mail. Super!

The contact with Scriptware is fast and pleasant and they work quickly. I can't judge the (machine) translation because it's in a language I don't speak myself. I did see some minor sloppiness such as extra spaces and enters etc.

The cooperation with Scriptware is very good. Very nice to receive a quick response with the quote. I also receive the translation in my inbox within a few days. The translations are competent. Our company has to deal with certain jargon in translations. Nice how Scriptware takes this into account. The layout of the Word document I mail is also adhered to. This way I can quickly forward the translation to the relevant departments.

Received an offer quickly,, conveniently able to pay/agree online and received quickly. The only pity was that there was no A4 cardboard in the envelope. Due to the bad weather this week, the mail didn't arrive very neatly, even though it was an important document. That would have been easy to solve

Scripware is top class in Price-Quality. Only the communication is not so good. At one point I got the impression I was dealing with scammers, there was no response and the agreed date/Limit, without notice, was exceeded. For the rest nothing but praise, I am very satisfied.

Everything was fine with me. The quote also included VAT, while that was not clear with other providers, there was the VAT added later and therefore Translation Agency Scriptware is also competitive. The documents were delivered quickly, also by mail.

I requested a translation through the website and I got no reply. After a week I called your phone number, I got help right away. Translation was fast and was delivered on time. but my experience with the website wasn’t good. Communication through email was good.

Just well done, price was slightly higher than another but based on mail and website still chose this one. Translation was not a few days but about a week but with the papers received this is also clear why, good job done.

Our documents were not correctly translated into the Russian language. They were original translations made by the Russian consulate and had to be used for the apostille. We had to pass on the correct translations and what was later used for the apostille.

My experience with Translation Agency Scriptware is very positive. By far the cheapest and in addition good and fast delivery of the translations. I needed them for my German BIG registration and they were accepted by the German authorities without any problems.

No points of improvement, only I am very satisfied with the care of the work. It was the translation of a written letter into Dutch for a court in Romania. Neatly connected all pages including the Dutch letter with a ring.

Maybe to make it clearer that a confirmation from the client is needed before you start the translation request. It was not so clear to me at the beginning and I was waiting for the translation then I realized I need to confirm first. Thanks

Only comment, that at first i was a little confused with the bill, because it didn't fully specifiy the extent of the work. As an improvement, the bill could include the full scope of the job, how many documents, etc. That left aside, very happy with the job and will keep you in mind for future jobs.

Some words in the translation adjusted, is due to words that are translated differently in transportation. For example, a ladeklappe is not the correct translation for tailgate! In transport, the translation is: Hebebühne. Otherwise very satisfied with the translation.

It was perfect all !!! the reason I gave the website less stars was because the people behind it made all the difference. fast, good, friendly, clear. I will definitely come back when I need something translated again !!! Top!!! Only thing was that I had to send the original for a quote. I had obviously only smoothed out my personal details but still had to send the original to get a quote. that was a bit of a gulp, but after that only positive.

I had an inheritance statement translated into French. I was treated very nicely when I hesitated for a moment when the link to co-pay the assignment did not work. I felt for a moment that it was out of order (fake organization), but due to the adequate response of the lady who spoke to me, everything was quickly settled. The statement arrived nicely on time and was completely in order as far as I can judge.

I had to have a medical translation from Italian to Dutch at short notice. This was done very well, looked very good and was in my e-mail box on the agreed day and in my mailbox 1 day later.

We recently had a german technical manual translated into english and croatian. Croatian I cannot check so I assume it is good. The english one was incredibly disappointing, way too simply translated, it looks like a google translate translation. Another day was spent by ourselves to make all the corrections, this was fed back but they were not impressed. Bad business.
